Requirements
**** Required Experience **** We are seeking individuals that are experienced, proficient and effective tele-communicators, and are either (minimum of 3-5 years) presently in a full cycle recruiting firm (or inside business development where the primary contact with potential customers is initiated by means of routine outbound sales and teleconference calls.)
- 4 Year College Degree (Desired but not required)
- 3-5 years in full-cycle Recruiting
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and recruitment process preferred
- Proven past performance in recruiting or business development
- Persuasiveness
- Energetic, and an ability to work both independently or collaboratively
